It's not really new just using old pics that I've done and merging them. Looks not bad though and had grown on me.
I just fancy using that glowing feather brush ^_^

Its my own personal brush ^_^ to do one just draw your own feather. Doesn't to be complicated just the shape you want. Then customize it as a brush.
Then adjust your brush preference like scatter effect, outer glow,
shape and angle etc. If you look at it its just one shape thats either
mirrored, change of size, overlapping and overlaying.

Well good news then I'm currently working on another original fanart of her. Dunno the exact date cause im still thinking of a proper theme. Bit for sure it will be out before April 16 my 3 years anni here in DA ^_^

Oh i made that feather brush. Its actually an outline of a feather coloured it all white then adden an outer glow. I also fiddles with the brusd settings for the scatter and size effect.
