They look deadly, but I hear they're harmless. My folks used to go to the beach from time to time when I was growing up, but I don't go much now. Wonder what I'd find if I were to go back for old time's sake?

This one was more of a butterscotch flavor. Tasted very good with salad

Yeah. :3 It's the tanish color. Usually the larger, older ones are almost maroon, but I guess that depends on what flavor they are.

I missed there mating season. The whole beach is covered with a bunch of humping horseshoe crabs when it is.
