They are actually both very good. The before one has slightly more striking colours, the after is more well blended. So I really can't say which one I like more I think they are both great!

I haven't seen new art in a while! Hope you're doing well. You must've been practicing, wow you've improved! Lovely detail on the fur and the colors are much smoother and natural. Keep it up, I hope you upload more!

i like the sharp colours in the before image but the proportions are a lot better in the after Also like the softness of the after one

The best tip I can give you is practice, practice and more practice!
I also think you should try using a photo as a reference, it's a great way to learn and improve
