This is a wonderfully vibrant and colorful take on the character!

If I could offer one simple critique it's that her lips look a little strange in that the puckered look might not fit the character. Other little things play into it such as her jaw line isn't as sharp as it traditionally is though that is completely up to your discretion. Examples of that include:

These are all stylistically different but they generally have the same facets of the character that make her who she is. That said as I mentioned it's up to your discretion. I prefer the Street Fighter 2 look of the character compared to the Street Fighter Alpha look you've done here as I feel the former is more iconic. Her Alpha look with the rounded face is indeed what you're closer to:

Still the lips feel weird to me in that although she looks cut I'm not sure how I'm intended to read her facial expression. The eyes read "Come at me if you dare!". The lips read... I'm not sure?
