Mr. Krabs did say they were going to go to medical school at the end of Krusty Towers...I thought of Squidward when Dr. Cox sang his song in the "My Musical" episode with the Janitor, especially after J.D. said, "Bumper Buddies". 'No wonder J.D. has a Spongebob costume,' is what I thought.
