the image on the left is lovely! so is the image on the right - but my eyes go towards the left one.
It has a lara jade feel to it which i love!

Haha, yeah I dunno.... the image on the right grabs my attention coz its a lot sharper.
It has that beautiful soft light coming through, and the image has all these different textures; the bricks, the rocks, the bokeh background and her dress. Then her nice wavy hair with volume. All tied together with her lovely pose.
It just works for me more. Has a lot more interest.
The image on the right I feel should be more about her eyes - yet the light distracts you from the intensity they should have.
It's definately interesting hearing peoples opinions. Sometimes they point out compositional elements you'd never taken any notice of. Or you get lots of 'everyday' people love a particular image (or version of an image) - but a professional photographer loves a different one (different version). - I've had this happen to me a lot.

yes it is always interesting hearing from different points of view. obviously i value artistic points of view more (like yours for example), but it is still funny to see how people react to different types of photos. thanks for your crit.
