This is the form that Lock the High Lord of the Core takes when he wants to infest a computer system and destroy his targets. When he is like this he can alter reality into how it would be in cyber-space. Most people can't handle being in that world and can become lost within the streams of data.Unlike every other member of the Core he carries his Core eye inside him.

"Ah! My Goddess: The Movie" There's a scene in the movie where Belldandy's core is infected with a virus and the spell they use to try to remove it opens her midsection up almost identically to that.
