Description An art trade with

The idea was to make the relaxing drawing of one of her OCs. So, I decided to draw Flora [link] [link] sitting in the hotel room with a sea view and listening to some good music on her personal stereo Hope you like it!

She looks real pretty. Great work, and brilliant job on the detailing and colors too.

This picture reminds me of evenings I've gone to a nearby seashore park and listened to my iPod, just watching the waves.

Thanks! Yes it is, I always work just in pencils.

Awesome. I used to work mainly in pencil, but I can't colour inside the lines.

Yes, it is not so easy, especially when we speak about small details. I had been working only in B&W for quite a long time, before I began to colour.

Nice composition. Evocative and peaceful. It's good to come across something other than constant action, suspense, or violence these days. We need more of this.

Nice. Let that blossom. Use that. Let your creativity be what it will be, but always remember that when all else fails, you've still got peace.

Thanks! Working with different species can be a real headache sometimes. One of the main problems for me has always been making wolves and foxes look absolutely different.

Art trades are surely a great fun!

wolves = bigger foxes with larger snouts and shorter tails?

And with grey fur. It was so at first, later I managed to find a way to draw them "wolfish" (at least I hope so).
