I really like the triage presentation of this piece. It brings to mind the Freudian theory of the divisions of the unconscious (the Id, the Ego, and the Superego). There is a quiet rage battling on in these three photos. And one can argue that hoping to symbolicly washing away (as that the subject is in the shower) the "madness'/anger is not succeeding given that the third panel shows the man hiding his face. Wonderfully executed compositon.

i'm intruiged by the fact that the model is a guy rahter than a girl.. usually or hmm 'typically' girls sorta cry.. and stuff in the shower...
so having this different from the norm is a wonderful idea...

wow! i usually don't fav a shot that features a naked man but this is amazing work (and you have a well placed shadow). this doesn't have the frustration and rage i normally associate with insanity, it looks to me like loss or hopeless heart-ach, but whatever the emotion is it is raw.

That is a very powerful piece. You really feel like you are looking through the shower door. Coming from a designer view rather than a photographic, I am not so sure about differant size windows, and also it would have looked tighter if the horizontal bar lined up in the left and right photographs. Coming from a photography point of view, fantastic!

good work! very expressive, i love the side shots. Perhaps experimenting with colour? What about a light blue hue and a white border? Im only suggesting, the photo is great as it is!

i love the series, it conveys the emotions so much better than a single shot could. the darkness of the colors is probably my favorite element.

this is amazing stuff... the use of the shower stall is great and i love the yellowish tones of the tiles... it gives it an extra dose of insanity. only complaint would be the bars in the first and last shot... i dun like the way they look... they distract attention from the shot but hey... its functional

each photo is strong enough on their own but i like that you put them in a series.. altho i dont like the framing ill say again since it takes away from the photos..

I like t his series. I have always wanted to do something like this. I love the expressives of the images. My only one real complaint/suggestion is the lighting. From the photo, looks like there was one single light from the top. I guess one can't really do much abt the lighting in the bathroom esp on the useless budgets we amatuers have.....hehehe

Brave post. The variations on the poses, combined with the...dark, internal lighting on each, fits exceptionally well into the dark frame to create a strong overall mood. Nicely done.

VERY powerful images that you've taken and put together. There are so many little touches that add to the final product, intended or not they really make this series happen. Some examples are the finger prints on the fog in the third frame, leaves viewers with the sense that you have been clawing away in a prison. Another is the colour that can be found in each frame. There is a lot of dark green and yellow in these shots (back wall, lights, skin surface etc), to me this conveys a sense of poison. I could go on forever!
Great captures, great idea, well carried out! I enjoy the sizing of each frame and their respective borders~

very good.. the feeling put out by the image is very strong and heartfelt. Pain, maybe confusion, i feel like i've been there, crying on the shower floor with the warm water hitting my back. my favorite of the three is the middle image. the expression and pose are beautifully done...
