What material did you use to sculpt the armor? Is one could wear it?

a kind of plasteline, it feels like NSP. And yes it could wear

Never heard of NSP before you mentioned it. So if one can wear it, it stays hard? Do you bake it like clay? Or it dries of its own accord? Is it heavy?
So could it be used by an actor in a movie?

Yes, it could be wear as prop. The helmt already mold to fiberglass after sculpting
