And actually its a new mechanical body made by Krelian using nanotechnology, because he wanted to make his own god. (Makes for a surprisingly easy final boss tho..)

Actually the so called Deus was just a super weapon created by man using the Zohar as a power source. It created humans to use as parts to resurrect itself and follow its programming as an intersteller invasion platform. Krelian was only able to use it because it was a "machine".

Well, that's not really the god, the closest thing in Xenogears to a true God was the Wave Exsistance. But as for the picture, it's really good considering what the game was like. (blocky graphics I mean)

I don't think I've ever seen anyone draw this form of Deus. Haha, looking at this, I can see a lot of the details I glazed-over when I was fighting that battle, years ago.
