Gah, fixed SAI! Fixed SAI and decided to try it lineless out of the blue. It was hard, but very rewarding =w= I think it turned out amazing! bet i'll hate this piece in a week //whackedThis is Nave going...somewhere. I don't know. Probably to Naa-i for some more healy tears. Yes, they literally sell them xD Or maybe for a walk...or I really don't know, just let it be so.
I really enjoyed creating this one tbh!! I'll try more...maybeeeeeeee. Maybe is the keyword.

Ooooh I really love the depth added to the background with your use of darker shades in the distance, and the sunset looks great! I've never had the guts to draw lineless myself, but you did a good job! I like the character design too 8D

You should try lineless someday really, it's fun and very challenging [especially if you've been working with thicker lines through your whole life ^^"] To be honest, I chose Naverasa for this piece so I don't have to suffer over the face so much and can concentrate on the rest of the piece - after all, there was only an eye to draw xD

I couldn't agree more... one eye sounds delightful! I have such a hard time with face symmetry... particularly trying to get two eyes to be balanced <__< maybe I should just make all my characters cyclopses... anyway, nice job! yeah I should try lineless one day!

Oooooh skies, eye symmetry, I used to have such a hard time with it and I still do, but on a smaller scale xDD Try creating someone one-eyed to doodle up when you don't wanna be bothered with eye symmetry maybe? :"D In my case it has flown off into an open species =w=

Yeah! I forget about my weakness to eye symmetry... til once I was drawing a character for someone with hair covering both eyes... and I thought "huh? Why is this so easy?.... oh YEAH. No eyes... <__<" OH, I don't have any characters with one eye... I don't know if I've ever drawn such a thing... I should try! I have a lot of characters with eyepatches or hair covering one eye... but that doesn't really help because you still have to think about where the other eye would be... sometimes I draw them ignoring their hidden eye... and the proportions come out hilariously bad xDDD

I have that happening too! xD Characters with no eyes are surprisingly easy to make look nice ;w; Though it's quite understandable why the eyes are so hard to master - they're a very important part of the character when they've got eyes shown xDD
Hahah, I know that feel! That's [partly] why I've made my species to be like...this in the first place. Nothing else but an eye, no symmetry, no face proportions to care about too much... They were a laze parade that has flown out into something I keep building up the world for :"D

Why not bring them out then? The ones you feel like drawing in, ofc, not all. Try with all the new skill and effort, I believe there's something awesome for an outcome.
