I have this pairing crossover in my mind where Desmond befriends and hooks up with Lara Croft ( survivor timeline). And when i see this i think he's giving her a call.

I do too, but there is a part of me that feels he did not and probably will not. which makes the recordings more sad to think that desmond left these for him

ah, i know! this was an impulse drawing after discovering that first memo, i just had to get the idea out! those findings are such a nice asset though to his character and i really enjoy them a lot

I've listened to his memos so much lately.. and to see this, now, is.. entirely touching to me. My favorite drawings of yours are of Desmond, you draw him so well.. and this just.. captures the moment. He doesn't look particularly sad, as I once thought he'd be.. here, I've come to realize he's just.. reflecting, taking a short break. I really love how you did his scar here.. it's a small touch, but.. it's important, and I adore it so very much.

i appreciate that you have noticed the small nuances in this image such as his scar. as you said it is a small but important detail (I see it as a link between his ancestors).

I believe in this too .. from Altair, to Ezio.. the scar is a little reminder of who he once was,
and who he currently is. It's beautiful, and I love it so very much. <3
