All eye colors are very pretty, though I am partial to browns. Lots of depth to them. So many shades of brown with hints of red and green too

Oh I am quite serious. As far as the permanence, they are permanent. Therefore, they must be chosen based on how high a quality the ARTWORK is. Over the past 20 years I have seen people try to make the "meaning" of a piece be what bonds them to it. The problem with that logic is that what is intensely meaningful at 15 is going to be very different then what is that intense at 25...and at 35.....45......In fact, if you know of anyone who is 45 that still thinks like a 25 year old you probably ask yourself what is wrong with that person. So looking for that one thing that will MEAN something forever will prevent you from ever getting work done. (because that one thing may not even exist). However, if you find a piece of art that makes you go "WOW" and strikes that chord with you, then guess what---IT DOES MEAN SOMETHING or it wouldn't have captured your attention in that way. Here is the kicker though: your ability to describe out loud what it means to you is NOT required for it to not only be a great piece but be meaningful for a lifetime.

YOU made me go "WOW" as I am sure you have for many. That is why I would like for you to model my work. The fact that you aren't already full of tattoos is even better. Working on a blank canvas is always better then trying to work around a body full of "starter" tattoos that are scattered all over the place.
