Description
Just a quicky doodle on the Distant Horizon Oekaki page. Y'know the phrase, "The light at the end of the tunnel was a freight train." Well, I always figured that Aang would make a good light for the end of Oazi's tunnel.Related content

Oh man - I really like this! The minimalist outlining and the glowing eyes and tatoo makes it look especially cool. I love the unique perspective

There's not much there, but it says a lot! Great use of negative space!

That's pretty cool-looking. I always think that mainly black pictures with a few outlines look interesting... Donno how to make them, myself, but I love the effect they have.

Thanks!
In this case, I used layers. I left the bottom layer alone (to be filled in with black later), and sketched a quick facial/shoulders outline on a second layer. I drew the highlights over the sketch on layer 3. Once I had that done, I blacked out layer one which swallowed my sketch (cuz it was black too). I then filled in the highlights anywhere they didn't look quite right. If I ever needed to see my sketch for reference, I made layer one invisible and peeked at the sketch that was still hiding there. This was my quickest oekaki I've ever done. I'm still surprised it came out as well as it did.
