Ah yes, another ref done. Maven here is another guild member of the Underdog Guild alongside Jax and Ellis.

Build: Muscular, the kind of muscular where you still have some fat because you got muscular from working instead of working out
Handedness: Right handed
Occupation: Guild Manager
Guild: Underdog Guild

Notes:
-His hair is naturally that gingerish-blonde.
-He wears his hair in a bunch of different ways but the most common is high ponytail.
-He has a young daughter and is a single dad.
-He wears pouches and bags often as he likes to be prepared for anything.
-He's not huge into fashion but he does like his outfits and feels like they look good.
-He cares about being a good rolemodel and wants to be seen as responsible.
-He's a bit of a jack of all trades, being good at fighting, management, de-escalation, and more.
-He's not expressive around strangers, coming off as rather cold and calculating. When around friends, though, he's very expressive, soft, and warm.
-He's much more responsible than the other founding members typically are, sometimes to such a degree that outsiders mistake him as the leader of the guild. However, he has the utmost respect for Ellis and will always correct people and tell them that she's the leader. He believes Ellis is a very good leader and person.
-The other guild members often help him take care of his daughter.
-He's extremely close with all of the founding members, though Jax is likely his best friend.
-He's often tired from overworking himself. The guild can get rather rambunctious and it's his job to keep them in line, but this can be exhausting work.
-He actually still does a lot of missions despite having a taxing job. The other founding members do missions as well, but he and Jax do it the most often (out of the founding members; many other members do tons of smaller missions in an attempt to upgrade their ranks).
-He has ASD because pretty much all my characters do lol
-He and Jax bicker a lot and seem like opposites, but they're actually very close friends and work very well together when needed. He often has to keep Jax in line, though, as they can be a little too chaotic without him reeling them in.
