Nah, artificial one unfortunately. But as I have plans to move to England in like 2 months to study at Keele university I'll have plenty of time to visit Lake District which has super duper many (and big) waterfalls
There are no waterfalls close to where I live. Eh, I don't even know if we actually HAVE waterfalls in Sweden. I doubt it o.O

hah, on one canoe trip starting at Bengtsfors we went southwards. the guide book was mentioning an "old waterfall", "one of the last naturally waterfalls in sweden" that remained untouched. Great! anyway...it did not take much time for the disillusionment. xD
They did mean the wild water river next to the locks.

Uhm, state financing universities? In Sweden yes. In England you have to pay for your education. If that's what you mean?

nah, i heard that there have been large protests against the new ridiculous tutition fees and lower education investments in england last year. three times higher in one step. lol
guess, i exaggerated a little with "state financing" xD
