Description
We were down there for hours. Our oxygen was beginning to run low and we had very few options with making it back up to the surface in time; if we wanted to we’d have to work quickly and cautiously. It was nothing but emptiness around us, the colors of the sea closing in, the blurry waves seeming to never end in streaks of faint objects and shadows that only vaguely seemed to indicate something below us. It didn’t take long for the relief I had given myself thinking it was just coral to spill over into unfathomable fear. It has teeth, and it was moving straight up towards us. There was more then one.
