It hung out in the warehouse with little to no rhyme or reason, a crude expressionless mask covering its face, its body was a sickly, bloody red. It was seemingly underdeveloped, its joints disproportionate and uneven, it often looked backwards with its head twisted at an angle, almost as if it somehow preferred such bizarre positioning. While it didn’t seem dangerous to most, the mere presence of it felt off enough to where police had been called numerous times to check out the property in fear of what it could do. While ghostly, it seemed to have no issue interacting with its surroundings, almost as if it had been more living than anything else, contrary to its unnatural ability to shape itself. Alien or otherwise, no one could tell you; though perhaps that is for the best. After all, it would be rather distasteful to talk about something that very well could be listening.
