Insignificance is a word that is highlighted greatly when describing the human species. Our importance in the grand scheme of things is minimal, and merely an illusion. There are doorways that lead to aspects of life unexplored by the naked eye. As much as we vow to go back, we fear for the changes in which one can make as a result of previous occurrences. You cannot beg those higher than you to change what has already happened, though we try regardless. We chase our fears to have something we don’t. We try to understand. And to some, that means having one last chance at life. Speak their tongue, and you will learn their ways—though, that doesn’t mean you will get what you desire.
