We always knew to avoid that place. It wasn’t the druggies or abandoned landscape that made it a place of anxiety and dread. Rather, it was the constant, ever lasting feeling of something wrong going on from the inside. There was an essence there could that radiated for miles, you could feel it, even if you never even knew it was there. Something really wrong was inside. And nobody, not even the most skeptical and strongest of men would even consider the possibility of checking it out for themselves. Calling it cursed would be a compliment.
