I am sorry I couldn't work on it earlier but I was being so busy and all :c
So this is Io, a dragoness of light, or sun, if I am not mistaken.
I did everything myself, so please pardon the Backgrounds, shading and everything else ;A;
That BG almost killed me .___.

About the only thing I don't like about the background that I saw pretty quickly is that it seems to straight... like the park of the rocks below the character's feet. It's just a straight diagonal line. Kinda out-of-placeish, ya know?
However, your clouds look awesome. And the sun's aura effect is pretty much perfect, I think.
And your shading looks great as well.
Overall, I like. Pretty awesome
