Description

Alpha is one of the four Commanders of Team Data and the first one you fight during your journey. Loyal to the man to who he owes his life, he is willing to fight on Team Data's side even if it is against his own morals. Yet as long as he can settle his debt, he has no regrets he can't ignore. Furthermore, Alpha is known for his calm and pragmatical thinking even in the most drastic situations what give him an advantage in battle. His scouter glasses are hidden under his hair but the antennas are on his hoodie together with a communicator.

He makes his first appearance at the Ruins of the Nameless where he tries to locate one of the seals that bounds the two Legendaries Orisolus and Nemonai. As he hears about you and Gym Leader Sandra sneaking around the ruins, he decides to take care of you personally to make a statement to all the foes of Team Data. After you have defeated him, he admits that their mission in the ruins was a failure and retreats with the grunts for now.

Alpha also assists Gamma (together with Beta) as he attacks Algafort Town to get information from the local professor about the Legendaries. There, he started a battle with your rival which he (according to your rival) has lost.

Later in Portpolis Town, Alpha and Beta both lead the attack against the shipyard to destroy all the submarines in town. Through that, they want to prevent that others could follow Team Data to the Sunken Temple. As you and your rival try to stop them, you two get challenged to a Double Battle which you win. Afterwards, both of them get taunted by Delta (who has watched the entire fight from a hideout) for their defeat what leads Alpha to leave the town, humiliated.

By the end of the story, he was sent by Omega into the Mourning Grotto to guard one the seals that banned Orisolus and Nemonai. There, he awaits Isabella of the Elite Four who came there by command of the Champ Zed to take the seal. Alpha tries to hinder her from getting what she seeks and a fiery battle begins. In the end, he looses and stays inside the dark cave while Isabella takes the seal with her.

What became of him afterwards is known by no one.
