I like this one the most out of the three. A lot of pixel art I tend to lean towards is the more cell shaded and less dithering. Did you use photoshop to make this or paint? ( anti-aliasing by hand is a total bitch, but that's how pro's do it ;\)

I actually just painted it in corel painter at a normal illustration size then shrunk it down and animated it in photoshop.

There's some steampunk in that design, a great cross between a character that could be played in an FPS horror/sci-fi.
