Description
This is a pattern I created to use over a screen image to give a scanlines effect. Β Can be used over any photo or digital painting for effect. Β You will need to play with the blending mode & opacity a bit, to get it looking right for your particular image.
The download contains the above .png, and a .pat file to use directly on a Photoshop layer style.
