Hello, I'm from and I'm here to give you some constructive criticism for your work.
Such a wonderful artwork! I clearly can't await to have snow again! Your character's emotion quite fits the amazement of a happy child first time playing in snow and my empathy for it makes me happy as well, thanks for that! ^v^
It is painted wonderfully from the biggest houses to the smallest detail. The background is complex but still simple enough to bring the character in the front in a high contrast to the viewer. It definitely evokes immersion as it is simple to feel into this setting with the crunching of snow underneath your feet (the footprints didn't go unnoticed) and the sight of these lit windows promise warm shelter. I like here how the dim fade to the background colour in the distance of this street is used to sharpen the edge of her head, a very effective method even though I find the rim light if the window a little too intense.
The character itself is very well done. From the fantastic use of translucency on her mantle to the little scales of her face and those beautiful eyes. Also the scroll convey a story here, even if it's just the glimpse of it. Objects like those give your pieces a story, and let your watcher ask questions like: what's happening, why is she carrying that, is she on an adventure, what is it for, etc.
The only critic I can give you is your use of colour on your character. I know, it's just nitpicking but I didn't want this to be unaddressed... I believe, if your characters are dressed in a less colourful and saturated pattern, it gives their appearance a more realistic and believable feeling. Her green backpack and scarf - even though matching the scenery and lighting - look strangely alien in comparison to her mantle, scales and dress. I would suggest to use more greyish colours for larger apparel, and keep your colours for accents and secondary colours. But since it is a commission, I have to ponder that your choice of colour was restricted.
I don't want to talk around more than necessary. You have done a great job, no a very great job, here, your favourite is well deserved and I want to leave you a watch to see where you develop and what other great pieces you will create.
I hope you found this feedback helpful and I wish you a nice day!

Hi.
Thank you for such a detailed review, I totally agree with your every word.
The customer gave me a permission to dress her character as I want so yeah, this is very my mistake . The point of using these bright colours is actually to make the lizzard noticeable, because her skin is blue and the background is the same colour, and even the same ...tone? Her head just sank into it. But it was too late when I noticed and there was no way to fix it.
Well, I'll keep it in mind for the next time. Thank you one more time!
Oh, and sorry for my English, I'm still very intermediate.
