I agree, it would be wonderful if we had bodysuits that realistic in real life. If nothing else, there would be less need for people with disfiguring injuries to feel isolated.
If realistic, feminine beauty were this easily accessible to both sexes, I have to wonder how it would affect society. Manga-god Osamu Tezuka put out a book called "Swallowing the Earth" with a story exploring that point: if everyone on earth can easily and perfectly disguise themselves as anyone else, even as the opposite sex, then how do we know with whom we've actually fallen in love, or seen commit crimes, or whatnot?
The story's title escapes me at the moment, but suffice it to say that it's got lots of bouncy-bouncy...
