Description Okay, so we probably shouldn't go into how long ago I got this done... (oh, in late OCTOBER 2010!)
I have simply been too lazy to frickin' post a pic, for which I am sorry. This is the best shot I got so far, but that's just because I took this picture myself and it's further down my back then I intended initially...

I had all those pretty colors done in one setting. It only took like two hours, no big deal. I didn't even cry out!
However, wishes I had cried out... I might not have mangled her hands... Oops... lol
Then I had an hour car ride home afterward. And THREE WEEKS to heal completely.

No, I'm not a masochist. And yes, it hurt like a b*tch!
But it's so worth it!

Absolutely beautiful, I love the blues in there with the reds and oranges. I do so love some good ink! Where is it on your back, in the middle or on the side?

It's on the right side of my back, pretty low but it still takes up a good portion of it

Fire colors! I love them so much! lol

My tattoo artist was stunned at how well my skin took the color. A lot of tattoos bleed color, but all I lost was a bit of blood.

Reds are hard for most people to take but I'm glad you took them well. I've got a dragon on my back. It's the first and only tatt I will ever get. I'm trying to find a pic of it so I can post it.

Anyway, it's gorgeous.

Honestly, I'll probably get more. I like them.

I'm also told that red is the first color to fade.

In the original drawing, there's some blue edging on some of the feathers. If you look at my tattoo, you'll notice it's not there. That's because my tattoo artist told me up front that he wouldn't be able to do it on my tattoo. Other than that, he did great ^^

She's a really awesome artist and a really awesome person!

At least he told you up front what he could and couldn't do. I've heard (and seen) of some tatt's that didn't turn out so well. Yours did though and that's what matters.

I don't really mind the pain when I get it done. I'm not gonna get anything that hurts more than my first one did, anyway... I don't feel like tattooing my spine again, lol Just hope no one runs into/steps on/hurts freshly tattooed flesh... I think everyone in the room realized how lucky the girl was that I didn't light into her about scraping my 3-day-old tattoo...

/cringe and wince/ Ouch! Oddly enough for me, the one part that was the worst wasn't on my spine (though I did get all sorts of tingles from it). It was when she went to the top of the dragon's wings right up by my right shoulder. It felt like she seared through a nerve cluster and I felt the pain in my teeth, down to the bottom of my feet....Yeah. Not fun.

I accidentally "set" someone's tattoo once. I felt so bad about it afterward that I bought him a soda.

Mine crosses my spine in a small spot and the was the worst place for the outline, but I got it all done in one setting so the very worst part was the last color (the yellow, lol). I didn't even cry out...

I would feel really bad too, lol. Mostly because I know how bad they hurt!
