The face of the statue is probably the face of the driver inside the tank that nearly got blown up. He's probably thinking: "really?? You shot at me? Now you die!"

The driver's probably thinking, "Oh shit, I hope those falling rocks don't damage the treads or we're dead."
The commander's probably the one giving the order to shoot, but that's practically point blank for a main battle tank. The gunner might be screaming at the driver to get them some distance so the gun can depress enough to actually hit it. I also wonder what falling rocks like that would do to the reactive armor.
