After getting fixed up from her last attempt, Slide decided to allow a new friend to accompany her on her trip. Destiny was very adamant that she needed a guard to keep her safe and who was she to argue with free help. From up there Destiny could probably see hidden rocks and sticks for miles so she wouldn't have to worry about calling on Kieran and Wynn again, not to mention having someone to talk to.
