Drawn by and starring a lady whom if any of you recognized... I would be quite surprised to say the least. For context the lady in this pic is from a race called the Cold Whites, an all-female race of space giantesses from the forgotten 2007 game Genesis Rising: The Universal crusade. A game that was a minor but arguably in hindsight an important part of an interest in sizeplay due to the first scene in which these ladies appear. For further context as I mentioned the Cold Whites are an all-female race but their introductory cutscene, after their introductory level in which you assist them with some pirates certainly leaves an impression. This is due to the unique shape former technically which can be best be described as a tactile hologram projector which projects a holographic version of a character but one that be interacted with to some degree by other characters... or the environment. This is because when the shape former attempts to project a Cold White lady she at first starts out as a slightly tall lady only to grow to her actual size and her boobies alone end up filling the room and literally pushing away the other characters in said room till she stops growing. With a few seconds of screentime literally being nothing more than the view of a massive pair of blue boobies. Though after that scene the shape former is altered in its settings to scale her down to a more manageable size. As you can imagine that scene left quite an impact on me.

And yes, despite being iced them, to the point where their ships and space station look to be literally made of ice, they do walk around in basically bikinis. The is the kinda game that had every lady with a curvy body, cleavage on display and either a skimpy outfit or a form fitting bodysuit... or somehow both. It's a very horny game in hindsight. And that extends to the Cold White themselves who after all but declaring they are an all-female race try to suggest one of them and the player character, in this game a ship captain, try to find some "alone time". Keep in mind this was just after that above mentioned shape former scene and there both aware he's a normal sized human and she is so big you would need a map to not get lost on her boobies. And yes, their bigger ships and even space stations, besides being made of ice, also are carved as to look like curvy ladies as well. The funny fact is that in this game's universe that there arguably the more sensible when it comes to ship and station design. This is because in Genesis Rising Organids, basically organic lifeforms used to make armor, starships, space stations and so forth, are the galactic standard of humanity to the point where what would be considered advance sci-fi tech to us is considered primitive by comparison to Organids. Naturally, this means most starships and space stations that are made by Organids either look like organic masses or nightmarish creations at times creatures such as massive spiky worms, demonic faces or in one absurd case the upper body of a man with their arms outstretch... and so jacked up their arms are bigger than their head.

Which segways to Genesis Rising in a nutshell being very similar to Warhammer 40K in the "this is so over the top as to be utterly absurd" nonsense combined with the massive humanity superiority complex humanity in general displays in the game. Though to be fair in this game Humanity was nearly killed off by various alien races but with the development of Organids in addition to a martyr of a leader they rose up to be the top galactic power in the entire universe. Trust me just watch its intro video to get that vibe. Though as you can imagine by my first line here It is most certainly one of those forgotten titles to everyone but historians... or horny sods like me.

But yes, that is the general backstory to the giantess lady in the pic above as she celebrates Macro March by sitting on the earth with her plump booty... and to be entirely honest considering how they acted in the game it wouldn't be out of the question for a Cold White lady to act like this if given the chance and size.
