What a cool looking character! It's clear you've put a whole lot of thought and effort into his bio--it really shows! It's always great to see people putting such thoughts into their characters. I think that the color scheme is used is effective and doesn't crowd out the character's design. It makes the character look unique so it doesn't get confused with any other canon characters. The way that he holds out his weapon and the sneer on his face captures his personality quite well. Not to mention visual clues such as his scar can tell a lot about his character as well. Overall, fantastic job here!
