Mistress of Pain: She traps her victim in a Psychic Prison. She then performs the Multi-form technique, creating 4 clones; the clones surround the trapped target and fire off a barrage Death Beams. They finally end the torment with by playing "psychic volleyball", setting the victim up for a spike and following through.
Emperor's Shield: A barrier made of ki.
Cold Shot: Frost shoots a special venom from her tail into her victim and watches as they freeze over. Afterward she can do as she pleases with them, even control them like puppets with her psychic powers.
Time Rule: She can control the flow of time with her psychic powers.
Sibling Scourge: Frost freezes time around the target, Ice follows and fires a barrage of distorted space blades, formed by his psychic energy. When time flows again the victim falls to pieces like shattered glass.
Cold Crush: Ice opens a rift in space and kicks the target in their, a time loop death ball is let loose in the rift by Frost and the door is closed afterward.
  Dead Zone: When Ice and Frost combine the space-time portions of their powers, they can create this world devouring singularity.

In her tail is a special type of petrifying venom that turns the victim into a solid ice sculpture, she can then manipulate the victim's body like a puppet with her psychic power. When she heard her cousin wiped out the only race with the potential to kill them, she felt such delight she went on a killing spree across 12 planets. Then she learned of a few Saiyan Survivors and she and her brother set off to find and kill the potential super saiyans. The two hunters eventually find the young Topota and their endless game of tag began; after losing their advantage, with the appearance of SS2 Topota, the siblings now seek the dragon balls to get rid of him.
