The group crowded around the table, hovering over the map. Annie perched herself on the edge and glanced over her shoulder.
“So what exactly are we going to be doing?” she asked, her tail swishing impatiently.
“Well you and Fae,- don’t touch that.” Faemythe immediately put Nico’s coin purse down. “Are going to provide a distraction while I look for the artifact. This is a masquerade party, so we need to find appropriate disguises.”
Faemythe’s eyes lit up. “Oh a party! What kind of theme?”
“Animals I believe.”
“Perfect! I already know what I’m going as.”
Nico cocked an eyebrow. “A donkey?”
The other two gave him a confused look. “Wait what? Why would you guess that?”
“Cause you’re an ass."
