This lovely piece you see before you was actually the product of a terrible day; I literally failed, all day, and everything I touched got screwed up somehow.

Upon coming home, and listening to a good mixture of Owl City and LIGHTS, I decided I wasn't going to let this day beat me. Although I technically started sometime close to midnight, and finished at what is now 5 o' clock in the morning, I'm still very proud of myself. Take that life! Eat your heart out! ♥

I was originally going to throw up some nice lyrics as I have on the last couple of pieces, but there's so much going on in this piece, and I really didn't want to disturb it. Hell, I didn't even want to put the watermark in there, and after 15 minutes of fidgeting with it, I finally just dropped it in there somewhere.

My inspiration was going to be "Plant Life", because I loved:
"If I were to pluck on your heart-strings, would you strum on mine?" With Makar being a little musician it just seemed so perfect.. but as I continued listening and shuffling through songs.. I just really like how "Fireflies" fit the mood of the picture. I couldn't choose, sorry folks!

I love Makar's character.. I feel like I could relate a lot to the little guy, and your ventures with him in The Wind Waker were just so adorable in and of themselves. There's not enough of him around, and I think he deserves a good tribute piece!

It's ultra late though, so I'm going to go pass out!
