Here another Genshin Impact pic, this time with Ganyu and Keqing~

"A vacation? but what about all my work...."

Keqing suddenly awoke, misty eyed from her daydream as she lazily lied down on the beach hammock. The illustrious Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing was recalling the events of two days prior where her close friend and associate Ganyu, had suddenly invited her to take a vacation at a brand new beach resort in the nearby nation of Sumeru. The purple haired agent sighed and closed her eyes once more.
"Even now I somehow manage to daydream about work..."
Keqing was a well documented workaholic, despite the best efforts of several people, coaxing her into taking any sort of breaks or time for herself was an impressive feat, in fact she still had fun poked at her for working through the entire Lantern rite celebration the previous year, much to her chagrin. However, the illuminated Qilin Ganyu was one of the very few people able to break down her dedicated veneer, as much as Keqing would never ever admit her adoration of her good friend and secretary... not yet anyway. Keqing smiled and giggled to herself, attempting to relax again.

Her rest was suddenly interrupted again by the soft, sudden impact of some kind of, object hitting her in the stomach! Jerking awake and off the hammock the Yuheng materialized her stylish and powerful "Lion's Roar" sword as her two feet landed on the soft puffy beach sand, already in her combat stance. However all could find was a very amused Ganyu nearby looking towards her as she heard another small thud behind her person. Slowly turning around she saw the large beach ball slowly roll harmlessly on the ground.
"O-oh..a..just a beach ball--ahahaha..aha."
Ganyu walked closer and leaned forward towards the now, very embarrassed Keqing.
"Im sorry Miss Yuheng, I didn't mean to startle you, aha."
Ganyu was wearing very comfortable and nice looking white beachwear, contrasting Keqing's own black, Liyue designed relaxation beachwear and it was, slightly distracting for the purple haired Yuheng.
"A-ah no, I-its ok, I shouldn't have assumed the worst..a-aha..."
Keqing's alertness melted away into a blush as she stared adoringly at Ganyu.
Ganyu beamed back at her and giggled.
"How about we play around with the ball for a bit? I've always wanted to play volleyball at a beach!~"
Keqing slowly and nervously nodded
"Y-yes that sounds like fun! B-but we don't really have a net do we?"
Ganyu giggled
"I don't think we'll need one just to have a silly game with one another."
Keqing smiled and nodded in agreement.
"Shes so cute...."
Keqing thought to herself before composing her mind again and walking with Ganyu to join her near the water's edge where they were going to have their sudden pick up game.

The spontaneous ball game was extremely spirited, the two women were both vision holders, their unique elemental powers providing an extra layer of spice on top of the simple act of hitting a ball back and forth with their arms. Ganyu would use her pretty ice flower blossom to hit the ball back sometimes, and Keqing would respond in kind by using her electro flash steps to strike it when it was just out of reach in a dazzling display of skill. Ganyu returned a serve with a full impact smack with her hand
"Get this one Miss Yuheng!"
The ball was flying as fast as it probably could without breaking as it soared through the air. Keqing smirked and leaped high towards the ball, striking it keenly back towards excited blue haired "cocogoat"
"Hyyaaaaaah!"
Ganyu dived to reach the return but just barely missed, as she and the ball landed softly into the ocean wash with a splash. Keqing landed hard from the long jump and giggled.
"Are you ok Ganyu?!"
Ganyu popped up out of the water with the ball and flashed a thumbs up, looking very exhausted, but her face betrayed just how much fun she was having.
Keqing decided it was time to take a break and proceeded to walk over to Ganyu and bring her back to their little makeshift camp on the beach.

Or at least, thats what she wanted to do. Keqing suddenly felt the strange, new, uncomfortable feeling of not being able to move her legs at all.
"Huh?"
looking down, she just now noticed that they were, buried under the sand up to her knees. Confused, she tried to pull them out but with all of her strength, they wouldn't budge a centimeter.
Keqing sighed and relaxed for a moment to regain her energy, when she suddenly had another strange, new feeling.
"What the heck?! wait am I sinking!?"
Somehow Keqing only noticed now, too distracted by the situation she was perhaps, but she was surely sinking, and quick too! The fiery yuheng was already almost up to her waist in the, soft wet sand.
"What is this stuff?
"H-hey Ganyu, I might need a little help here!"
Ganyu had been nearby cleaning some sand off the ball and staring out onto the vast ocean horizon enjoying the moment, Keqing's sudden shouting caught her off guard as she turned around to see what was the matter. "M-miss Yuheng? whats wrong? help with what? w-wait are you shrinking?"
Ganyu said in a surprised tone.   Keqing shuddered "No im not shrinking, im stuck in this beach sand and im sinking for some reason!" The warm sand was now up to her naval and no amount of struggling or fighting was helping her one bit.

Ganyu sprinted closer, but not too close.
"Oh no, miss Yuheng, thats quicksand! I heard about it being here on this beach but I thought it would have been marked by some kind of sign or something!"
Keqing gasped.
"Quicksand? T-thats real and not just some, thing they used in those storybooks??? A-aaah!?"
Another gasp escaped her mouth without her even realizing it as the beach quicksand claimed the rest of her stomach and she still couldn't feel any kind of hard leverage under her feet.
"Can you help me out? this stuff feels like its bottomless! I dont think I can get out on my own."
Ganyu looked around, trying to think quickly.
"That's it! I can use the hammock rope to pull you out, let me just go unhook it miss yuheng!"
After voicing her plan Ganyu quickly sprinted off towards the hammock that was nearby, but not quite near enough for comfort...the ball game had caused them to move far away from their camp.
"Please hurry! I don't know how much longer I can stay above this stuff!"
Keqing whimpered a bit as the sand began to overtake her chest,
"Yuck, i guess this swimsuit is going to have to be replaced..."
Not that she was sure that was what she was thinking of right at this moment, Keqing almost laughed at herself for stumbling into such a silly predicament, maybe this was some kind of karma for her outspokenness against the Geo Archon, this was certainly some kind of Geo elemental reaction she was stuck in she thought.

Keqing gasped once more as the sand kissed her chin, the only thing left above it being her head, and both her hands and a face full of worry and surprise.
"This stuff is just devouring me and I still cant feel the bottom, this isn't good!"
"Ganyu!!! Hurry up!!!!"
She felt relief wash over her as she heard quick, soft footsteps getting closer from just out of her view in the direction of the camp.
"Im back miss Yuheng! O-oh my, you're that deep already?"
Keqing wouldn't dare move her head out of fear of sinking more to look at Ganyu
"Yes im this deep! please help me out."
Keqing said calmly, but with a air of inner panic as she felt herself sinking again, the sand almost to her mouth.
"Right away miss Yuheng!"
Ganyu giggled and tossed the rope into Keqing's field of view in front of her as the trapped girl grabbed onto it with her hands.
"O-ok I think I got it, help pull me out please, Im a bit tired!"
Ganyu nodded and slowly but surely, Keqing found herself on more solid beach sand again as she lied down on her back relaxing for a bit, she spent a lot of energy pulling herself out even with Ganyu's help.

"Thanks Ganyu. That felt like a close one...I-im glad you were here."
Keqing said, blushing.   Ganyu smiled
"Im glad I was too, this isn't how I planned our little vacation together but, its certainly been an adventure today! How about we go back and relax at the camp for the rest of the day and do some nice outdoors cooking as the sun goes down."
Keqing smiled and got back on her feet, nodding.
"That sounds really nice, im starving."
Keqing stretched her arms and when she returned them to her side was caught off guard by Ganyu grabbing one of her hands with her own and walking her slowly back towards the camp, not that she minded the soft feeling of companionship. Ganyu giggled
"You know Keqing, you're really cute when you're in trouble like that~ the mask slipped for just a bit~"
Keqing blushed
"H-hey...I was a bit scared you know..."
Keqing sighed,
"...a-and you're pretty cute too you know....w-wait did I say that out loud!? A-aah!"
Ganyu smiled and laughed and Keqing couldn't help but join her in laughing. The two girls were going to surely enjoy the rest of their vacation and time together, free of work and the hustle and bustle of Liyue~
