People who do these kind of artworks are really cool.I was really impressed so I tried it myself
It's a bit sketchy and imperfect but I'd say it was a good first try
These are quite fun to do so I think I'll be practicing a lot from now on
Time took: ~1 hour (Mostly during class time)

^^ Haha. Just stick to what you're comfortable with, and if you feel like it, be bold! You can always get tips on how to do it if it doesn't come out the way you want.

Haha yeah, but mainly my issue is time. I just don't have the luxury to try new things out recently, but hopefully that'll change after finishing high school ^^

Yeah, haha I'm still in high school but not for long though. I'm in my senior year and and I'll be taking my exams shortly, so I'm more pressed on time than ever.
And yeah, I just decided to try drawing this when I was supposed to be paying attention in class. I just happened to be watching two Youtube videos, one about drawing water and one about people drawing crazy 3D stuff like this XD

As to how I did it, the secret is perspective. The extension coming out of the paper is just the rest of the page but I cut around it.
When you view from the top, the tear drop is actually more elongated, but from this angle, it's just perfect and that creates the illusion
And don't forget the shadow, that's important too!
It's actually kinda easier than you think! I reckon anyone can do it
