This is my entry for the third round of the Battle of the Races. I almost didn't make the deadline, but I made it in, thank goodness! And hopefully I'll kick butt!
I wanted to keep to natural elements, so I gave him a club and a wooden shield, and tied his hair back because I thought it might get in the way if he let it fly... yup.

Oh wow, this doesn't look like pixel art at all. And I mean that in the best of ways; it looks... errrr, how should I say it.... seamless? And I love the added yellows, reds, and oranges all over the place. So pretty.
I don't think you need to hope to kick butt; to me it seems that you already do. XD
