I was going through my files and I found this wonderful little design I come up with a few years ago and decided to sketch it in my new art style. Not only did I make a cool drawing in my new style, I even added some cool new features to the style, as the colour outlines and a new approach to drawing hair with individual locks. He is also a bit saturated and 3D than my other re-designed OCs so it seemed fitting to up my background game! Instead of a simple flat, I have added a plain he is standing on a and a gradient to add a bit more depth.

It took ages to complete these thee drawings of him compared to Charley, Faith and Sam, but I think figuring out how these new elements work the best was worth the time. I am happy with the result! What do you think, do you like the colour outlines?

I named him Mint and I think he is some sort of a druid of hermit. I see him living in a hut, near a forest with a small herd of pigs and and assortment of other critters. He would be proficient with herbs and reading tracks and perhaps music. I don't have much about him yet, but I just love how adorable and short he is!
