To be honest it doesn't look that much up close.
It's just one of those pics that look better from a distance ^^

Oh, god. It's so dreamlike and colorful ;___: as if the entire city is filled by the rainbow colors of the sunset or something like that
Really, the colors you used match each other very well 
The colors of the buildings fit well. Yet there's something you could fix or change. Generally the red color have a strong effect to the picture. So the red tower on the right side is a bit too strong and would distract the whole image. Still the red colors on the other places fits as well.
That with the big tower is in my view the only thing you can change it a bit. Maybe in a light green or light blue color
Overall you did a very good job with the coloring

I tried to make some of the colors not too strong, but you know, everything has it's strong and weak points.
