I did a couple of sketches on paper to get the idea of what I wanted Tares to be doing..and then I worked in Photoshop mainly going from black to white (in reverse)

Turles/Tarus/Tullece is my absolute favorite DB character ever, and this definately defines him well.
Although I have one question.
Which move is he performing?
His Kill Driver? Or the Energy Volley?
