Yup, the fifth Yugioh series, Arc-V is out now and this lovely lady is Yoko Sakaki, the mother of the main character Yuya...
Looks sorta familiar, doesn't she?
Yeah, when she first appeared on-screen, I actually thought it was turning into a Yugioh/Panty & Stocking crossover... that would actually be pretty funny XD
So yeah, Panty didn't actually die at the end of Bitch Girls: 2 Bitch, she just jumped ships from Gainax to Konami, got a haircut and changed her name, married Yusyo Sakaki, had a son and is now officially a Yugioh character
...
Because that makes ALL the sense in the world, doesn't it?

I noticed! XD But there again, this is the anime universe, crossovers are very likely to happen, like how IV looks exactly like another character in another anime, and one member of the crowd in Arc-V looked like a character from SNK XD
