Love the series. Wish they make a new one, either for the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, or 3DS.

Well, Custom Robo is pretty much Nintendo's intellectual property, so I doubt a Playstation release will exist unless Nintendo agrees with NOISE to allow Sony to publish any new games, too
But yeah, I loved Arena on the DS (I still have it since I first bought it, actually) and a 3D game would work wonders, especially now we have the circle pad for movement, so maybe there shall be one for the 3DS some day

It's a pity that the Madden and CoD games get new games every year and Custom Robo only got two games here. I suppose it's because the GCN one didn't get glowing reviews and the marketing sucked or something. The humor, the characters, the action, and the lighthearted plot with darker undertones all made it great. The only major thing I didn't like about it was the Grand Battle, which felt like it was a way to showcase the other game modes and not an extension of the story.

It is a shame, the only EU release was Arena (which really is better than people give it credit for); in Japan, Custom Robo got more games than Mother or Kid Icarus did, yet it's still one of Nintendo's underrated brainchildren
I really do hope someone at Nintendo decides to give Custom Robo or Mother a chance at global domination, they really deserve it

I dunno, Custom Robo existed solely in Japan up until the GameCube was released and even now, there's only been two english-language releases for the series, as far as I can tell; the first was Battle Revolution for the GameCube, which only made it to America and then Arena which was released worldwide for the DS
Maybe it has a cult following like the Mother games did since only Mother 2 (Earthbound) made it out of Japan and then the other two games were translated onto emulators, so maybe the same's happened to the older Custom Robo games

Oh, yeah. My robo of choice in Custom Robo Arena. I use it with the Blade Gun, the Direct Bomb, the Satellite Pod and the Formula Legs. I call that customization the Ray Blade.
