so if E2's sucked with wheel base, water and coal capacityinstead of making tanks and bunkers bigger, why not give it a tender

Thing is though, the boilers were pretty crap as well, so something would need to be done about that. Either way, I like the concept, and I agree with you that they would have been much better suited with tenders. Amazing model!
