I thought they looked a bit off and now I know why. While the characters might an A1 and an A2, neither of them are modeled as such. They are instead A3s with Peppercorn style smoke deflectors.
The concept of the engines themselves is nice however. Just adjust the models is all.

Thank you! i know they aren't modelled as a peppercorn a1 and a2, mainly because the only A1 and A2 models for freeware are both "illegal" to reskin
