What would happen if certain people wisened up. ^_^Contains spoilers for Season 1 and 2, a couple of little ones and a hidden major one.

>Jon is sitting at the table with the other Stark kids: little Arya is sitting on his lap and grabbing a knife, right to them is Greyjoy giving Jon bunny ears and giggling with Robb, left of Jon is Sansa panicking because of the knife in Arya’s hand, next to her Bran is taking a nap. Cat is hovering between Jon and Sansa with baby Rickon on her arm.
Cat: You know, at first I was mad at you because Ned brought home a kid from another woman. But you are so damn cute! *pinches his cheek*
Next panel: Ned is sitting at the head of the table.
Cat: Just because my husband is a CHEATING BASTARD! I don’t have to take it out on you.
Sansa is holding Bran’s ears closed while Cat swears.
Ned: *forever alone*

Cersei is holding a pocket watch and yelling at Robert who is wobbling… er, jogging around the castle with a bandana on his head that says “King”. Next to Cersei are Joffrey, Myrcella and their little brother: they all have black or dark hair.
Myrcella: Oh Joffrey, stop giggling.
Cersei: Faster, you fat pig! Faster! Seven Kingdoms my ass! I don’t see you even trying yet!
Maid: Your Grace, Queen Cersei! Your brother is here to visit!
Cersei: Tell him to stay the fuck away from me and my kids!
Jamie: *forever alone*

Danaerys and her brother are having tea with Khal Drogo. The prince is talking to Drogo about finding dragon eggs for them, while Dani and Drogo are flirting shamelessly over the table.
Drogo: Neighhh!
Dani: Oh my! <3 <3
Viscerys: Oh, get a room, you two!
Next panel: Dani and Drogo have disappeared.
Viscerys: D= Why can’t I keep my mouth shut.
Hearts in the background and Dani saying: My little pony… ^^

Everything but the third would have seriously saved trouble, but sadly without the third we'd be short a plot altogether. Like, at all. Unless Dany managed her invasion anyway, despite Westeros not being totally out of control when she got there.

I wonder too, how would it have affected everything, and if I still would watch the show. I think Jon would have joined the Crows anyway, just not been an emo virgin about it xD it would have been a more conscious choice and not just running away from Cat. I mean, his dad and siblings do love him, he could have stayed in any case, but he does want to be a hero, so going north it is. Winter would still be coming, along with the undead army. Oh my God, wait, I so would watch it! The royal intrigue plots I can totally do without. But the rest would be just like Walking Dead in fantasy costumes!

You know, I'll admit I'm disappointed by the lack of "White Walkers show up earlier" AU fanfics. I mean, seriously, think of it, all the various chessmasters in the series not only have to deal with each other, but have to deal with the Others and that as a threat. If I was better at zombie stuff I'd be so on it, but I'd probably only manage a oneshot or something.

I could take a shot, but I would have to make Bran older and well, let’s just say the focus would pretty soon be on him and Jojen. >w< Just the thought that the two of them are actually "really" out there right now inbetween seasons … omg, don’t tempt me xD I’m not good at epic zombie fantasy either, though I love watching it.

I'm talking a story where the White Walkers managed a full out zombie apocalypse on Westeros, so even if it's not the North there'd be fighting around. Gendry will manage just fine, blacksmiths have to know their way around fire, but Hot pie might just have to be the team cook.

I have no idea what happens with Brienne and him after season 2... if there's character building and they hook up, I'll just be mildly disappointed with Brienne.

Well, in my comic, Joffrey is really Robert Baratheon's son and rightful heir. So him and his sister and brother have darker hair than in the series ^^
