Haha, keys are very mischievous little creatures...
I've been drawing by mouse for about two years really.
Discovered that patience & good software is needed. If you can draw by hand, you should also be able to draw by mouse.
With lots of practice, it isn't really that hard

I know, they always play hide & seek with me. Woah impressive! Im going to practice then :') I drew some things with my mouse in the past but it looked like my little sister made it hehe. xx

Practice makes perfect!
If you're going to go the route of the mouse, I would suggest these software:
Manga Studio - The strokes of the brush look almost exactly like you're using a tablet
Paint Tool Sai - Lineart has never been easier
Photoshop - Tons of brushes, filters, etc.
