Heres Small Lady. I dont think he outfit is quite ruffly enough to be honest with... But Look how cute she is!! I drew her a little older, cause well... I COULD!!!! Thanks for keeping up with all these guys! Next up is MY FAVORITE!!!!!!! *so excited cant help herself* And dont forget I'm going to do all the scouts and suches in order!!! Lets see if you can figure out whos next!!Oh! And heres everyone else!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! Ummm I'm really noot one to know how to give advise... since I have so much work on myself to improve. But I think what really helps me is just keep practicing! I know lots of people say that a lot. But pick some characters you like, to keep drawing them as many different ways you can, look at lots of references!! Good Luck!

I made a scratch built model of a fantasy battleship, named her PEGASUS, to be mated to Chibiusa.

This is the most powerful kind of warship, in terms of direct attack.
If talking about indirect attack, we say it's the aircraft carrier, whose planes simply eclipse a battleship, no matter how powerful.
I would tell you the list of ships that I assigned to all the senshi and some second plan characters of Seramun, but it would be a long, long list!...
And as you said, you don't understand much about marine stuff.

I usually do, and wherever I go with my stuff, I always defend that rule.
Even for my papercraft designs, when I use someone else's work as a base (which is not usual), I give proper credits by the best way possible - I add their logotypes or original markings, if possible.

I got completely obssessed, too.
I am stuck on something I can no longer (nor I want to) free from.
Then I merged that with the Japanese 1940's Kaigun, to give the ultimate fight for justice.
An entire Combined Navy - the Kaigun no Tsuki - to crush Negaverse's dark ambitions once and for all!!
That's why my bedroom is full of warships, mainly Japanese, nearly all kinds of scales. ^_^

Ohhhh, wow! This is amazing! You did a wonderful job on her dress and her hairstyle. We don't usually see her dress from the back but I like your rendition of it.
Also, nice job making her a bit older but retaining her shorter hair. I'm a bag fan of Chibiusa and you really did a great job on this ^^
