Thanks to ~CharlesABurke , I now know who these two are. The blonde girls name is Sena Kashiwazaki, and the dark haired girls name is Yozora Mikazuki. They are from the light novel "Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai", which was turned into a manga, and then an anime.
