It's odd to see her in such a bright setting. XD
I think the throat spikes look fine, the neck itself how looks a bit wonky compared to the body. Otherwise really nice piece, I love how you can slightly see her rib cage, a nice detail.
Also nice wing dynamics! She looks like she's decided to hover a bit in a pedal storm.

I know right- I was going to make it darker but I was like "I must resits" and did this instead, but I'm actually glad I did because it turned out a lot better than the darker version-
